This is a complete rebuild kit for the rear HVAC system in a 98-09 Dodge Durango SUV. This kit includes two aluminum blend doors and two aluminum drivers to replace the failed plastic factory doors and drivers. Both doors and drivers are CNC machined from a solid piece of aluminum and are guaranteed for life.

Heat or A/C

A few years ago we purchased a Durango for extra space in the fall. We noticed that there was a bad heavy clunking in the rear, and during that summer, it was still hot air coming from the vents. Being a former tech for dodge, I knew what the issue was, the rear blend door was not functioning. Upon inspection, I found that both doors had broken due to stress from the actuator and the stop was sheared off. I called every where for nearly a month, researching OEM replacement kit numbers, to only be referred to the junk yard which was a no go for this part. Then about a month ago I found this site offering a conversion kit with aluminum doors and drivers. They just arrived this morning and I installed them now it snows in the back seats.. Thanks this is the ONLY option for this repair..
