There will be no guarantee on parts that have been altered by circumstances that are not due to the use of the product. (In layman terms, don't try to put our products in a vice and use a pipe wrench to twist a component to get a free replacement!)
The Guarantee works when you E-mail your problem to blendoorusa.com. Blend Door-USA will give you a complaint number to send back with your door. You send the door/doors back to Blend Door-USA, with your complaint number. Upon arrival at Blend Door-USA, our testing lab will confirm reasons for your difficulty (providing it was not altered by an outside source of torque). Blend Door-USA will send you a replacement at no charge. This guarantee is for a product replacement not for money back. Blend Door-USA only guarantees products and components that have been shipped to you. Send a copy of your payment to Blend Door-USA as proof of purchase. NOTE: WE ONLY GUARANTEE DOORS WITH PROOF OF PURCHASE AND PAYMENT TO BLEND DOOR-USA.
