NOTE: IF YOU DID NOT PURCHASE THRU BLEND DOOR USA, YOU MUST RETURN THRU THE AVENUE THAT YOU PURCHASED YOUR PRODUCTS. BLEND DOOR USA CAN ONLY REFUND BLEND DOOR USA CUSTOMERS DIRECTLY.
Customer MUST put this information INSIDE their return package. DO NOT write this information on the OUTSIDE of the package.

When an order arrives at Blend Door, we will use your order number to refund customer.
All returns are charged 20% as stated in the checkout page.
There is only one circumstance that Blend Door forgives some of the 20% restocking fee. We only charge the shipping when a customer orders the wrong parts and reorders the correct part/parts. In this case, it takes both order numbers to adjust the refund upon the return of the parts the customer is not using. The shipping and price of parts used or not returned will be the final amount of the two orders. (NO EXCEPTIONS)
