This is a set of the two-piece upper and two-piece lower blend doors for a dual zone system. These are the doors in the center of the box that are above and below the heater core and control your temperature. All parts are CNC machined from solid aluminum and are guaranteed for life.

Our doors will only fit our aluminum drivers. We have had several customers contact us because they were replacing our competitors failing doors and they could not get their drivers to fit our doors. You must use our aluminum drivers with our doors.

These doors will fit 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007, and 2008 Dodge Ram 1500 trucks. They will also fit 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008, and 2009 Dodge Ram 2500, 3500, 4500, and 5500 trucks as well as the 2007, 2008, and 2009 Sterling Bullet trucks with dual zone climate control.

Installed the full kit in my 2006 Dodge RAM 2500 5.9L Laramie Megacab 4x4. Removed the factory blend doors only to find broken and cracked plastic pieces like you’d find in a kids toy. Plastic has its use but blend doors ain’t one of them. Great DIY project I did with my son’s help. I originally ordered the wrong part because for some reason on this truck Dodge installed dual actuator zone doors even though there are only single zone controls. My support request was so prompt and speaking with them and emailing them was like what you’d expect from a friend and they had heard of this issue before. I was able to exchange and get the parts I needed so quickly. The doors are solid and great design. They also helped me find where I could get the foam seal kit. Thank you again!!

Blend Door vs heater treater

Purchased heater treater even though I was planning to remove my dash and not cut it up. Which is a very easy process. Bought blend door for the blend section, because H/T does not make doors for dual climate control. So I have both products in my HVAC box. Blend door parts went in with no issues, impressed with the quality. H/T did work but I had to drill one of my pivot holes in the box so the shaft would fit. the recirculating door and the mod 1 door plastic stop on the HVAC box had to be trimmed on the box so the pins on the H/T doors would allow full closure of the doors. I should have bought the Blend Door full kit for this project. Do yourself a favor and just buy the Blend Door product.

Closes the door on the competition

I have an 06 mega cab with dual climate, this is my second truck using your doors and they’re really amazing. I’ve replaced doors with factory options and it’ll work for a bit but they are still leaky or noisy and will most likely just break anyway. Would put these in everyone’s truck I know if I could!
